8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edssays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
